Low rent accommodations

In the heart of a quiet and wooded park, L’Escale Reims offers 160 furnished and equipped studios fully renovated in 2015, from 13 to 43m².

The reception desk is open 24 hours a day, all year long.
The accomodations all include:

• A kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate)
• A full shower room with toilet
• TV socket, internal telephone, Wifi
• Bed, mattress with undersheet
• A good insulation
• The possibility to borrow a kitchen kit (dishes, pans etc.) 

Those accomodations are temporary (2 years maximum) and quickly available.
No guarantor is requested and residents can benefit from the APL (Aide personnalisée au logement-housing allowances) and the Loca-Pass guarantee. 
Rent and service charges must be paid by the end of the month.

Security deposit

It is equivalent to a month fee (rent). The first part of the security deposit (that is 50%) is required when booking the studio. The second part is to be paid at the starting date of the stay at the latest. 
It will be fully returned when the resident leaves within a period of 15 days, subject to the payment of rents and outgoing inventory of fixtures.
It is possible to benefit from an advance under conditions that is called Loca-Pass (0% loan).
The rent fee is adjustable each year on January, 1st.
